Notice is hereby given that an election of Directors and Supervisory Committee is to take place in the next AGM scheduled for February 2024. There are two (2) positions in the Board and one (1) in the Supervisory Committee which are required to be filled.

Members who are interested in being Mofaa Sacco Society Directors or Mofaa Sacco Society Supervisory Committee member next year, are invited to collect and fill the nomination application forms at the Sacco office. Deadline for submission is not later than 31st October 2023 at 5.00p.m.

You are further advised that for purposes of being eligible to vie for any of the positions you must;

1. Have been a member of the Sacco for a period of at least three (3) consecutive years to date.

2. Have Savings of not less than Kshs.500,000/= as on 30th June 2023.

3. Be a member in good standing in accordance with the Co-operative Societies Act & Rules.

4. Any other required qualification in accordance with the Mofaa Sacco’s By-laws.

The vetting/interview will be conducted by the Nominations Committee on a date that shall be communicated only to the successful applicants.
